Julia division refuge
The Divisione Julia Refuge is in Sella Nevea at 1,100 meters above sea level in the enchanting setting of the Julian Alps and surrounded by the Canin and Montasio mountain ranges.
A well-established and recognized starting point for hiking and trekking lovers, the Refuge is located a few kilometers from Malga Montasio which can be reached on foot in about 45 minutes or by car in less than half an hour and twenty minutes.
An ideal destination for a mountain holiday in all seasons, in winter the Refuge has direct access to the ski slopes and offers a wide choice of hiking trails.
During the summer it is the ideal destination for an active holiday in the mountains! There are many activities to choose from: hiking, trekking, mountain biking, swimming, windsurfing and much more.
Guests have access to a large outdoor terrace with garden where it is possible to have lunch / dinner, a playground for children and a large parking area.
The Refuge has a restaurant in typical alpine style where it is possible to taste the typical dishes of the Friulian tradition.

The Refuge has different types of rooms: double / twin with single beds, triple with bathroom, quadruple with shared bathroom or bathroom, single bed in dormitory, double with single beds and shared bathroom, family with shared bathroom
Shop
At the Refuge it is possible to buy a wide range of typical mountain products such as Montasio cheese, honey and flours produced in the area, as well as a wide selection of cured meats from local producers.
How to reach the refuge
From Chiusaforte through the SP76 Val Roccolana in about 15 km. From Tarvisio through the SS56 and the SP76 passing through Cave del Predil.
